Es la clave para conectar la mente con el cuerpo en una sesi\u00f3n. Cuando podemos conectar la mente con el movimiento que realizamos, somos capaces de sentir mucho m\u00e1s el \u00e1rea que trabajamos.<\/p>\n<p>CONTROL. No se utilizan movimientos bruscos, el recorrido articular que se realiza pasa por estar controlado en todo momento, de una forma lenta y armoniosa con el resto del cuerpo, lo que dificulta mucho la ejecuci\u00f3n, ya que no se utilizan inercias, y al mismo tiempo se evitan lesiones.<\/p>\n<p>CENTRO. El centro del cuerpo es de donde deben surgir todos los movimientos que realizamos ya que la base muscular del cuerpo esta en el centro del cuerpo, llamada (POWERHOUSE).<\/p>\n<p>FLUIDEZ. Los movimientos deben ser largos fluidos y con control, como si se estuviera haciendo una coreograf\u00eda de baile, con armon\u00eda hacia el resto del cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>PRECISION. Para conseguir los beneficios en los ejercicios es indispensable controlar la amplitud de los movimientos de una forma precisa, ya que de esa forma se trabajara con seguridad y efectividad.<\/p>\n<p>RESPIRACION. Ya que respirar es el primer acto de la vida, se ejerce mucha atenci\u00f3n sobre ella. Se trabajan con inspiraciones y expiraciones completas y fluidas con el movimiento que se realiza.
